4-Way Solenoid Valves
These valves have four or five pipe connections, commonly called ports. One pressure inlet, two cylinder ports providing pressure to the double acting cylinder or actuator and one or two outlets to exhaust pressure from the cylinders. They have three types of construction, single solenoid, dual solenoid or single air operator.

先導(dǎo)式
原理：其結(jié)構(gòu)主要由導(dǎo)閥和主閥組成，主閥采用橡膠密封結(jié)構(gòu)。 常位時(shí)，活動(dòng)鐵芯封住導(dǎo)閥口，閥腔內(nèi)壓力平衡，主閥口封閥。當(dāng)線(xiàn)圈通電時(shí)，產(chǎn)生電磁力將活動(dòng)鐵芯吸上，主閥腔內(nèi)的介質(zhì)自導(dǎo)閥口外泄，以至產(chǎn)生壓力差，膜片或閥杯被迅速托起，主閥口開(kāi)啟，閥便呈通路了。 當(dāng)線(xiàn)圈斷電，磁場(chǎng)消失，活動(dòng)鐵芯復(fù)位，封閉導(dǎo)閥口，導(dǎo)閥和主閥腔內(nèi)壓力平衡后，閥又呈關(guān)閉常位。
特點(diǎn)： 流體壓力范圍上限較高，可任意安裝(需定制)但必須滿(mǎn)足流體壓差條件 。
提示：
1，如果電磁閥的出口壓力大于進(jìn)口壓力，電磁閥將方向?qū)?，此時(shí)應(yīng)安裝止回閥。
2，電磁閥去掉線(xiàn)圈，反向安裝，可作止回閥使用。
3，如果介質(zhì)有雜質(zhì)，請(qǐng)安裝過(guò)濾網(wǎng)或過(guò)濾閥：30-60目/in.
